Celebrating Our Amazing Principal!

Happy National Principals Month to our phenomenal Principal, Mrs. Shaunta Taylor!

Today, and everyday, the Bayvale Elementary School family pauses to celebrate a leader who exemplifies what it means to lead with courage, compassion, intelligence, vision, and heart.

Mrs. Taylor, your leadership reaches far beyond the principal’s office. You are a fearless advocate for children, a champion for teachers and staff, and a trusted partner to our families and community. Every day, you work tirelessly to ensure that our students have the support, resources, opportunities, and encouragement they need to learn, succeed, and thrive.

Your amazing intelligence and wisdom guide our school. Your strength inspires us. Your compassion reminds us that behind every achievement is a child who deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and believed in.

You lead with purpose.
You lead with vision.
You lead with courage.

Mrs. Taylor, thank you for being the kind of Principal who doesn’t simply manage a school—you cultivate a community. Thank you for believing in our students, empowering our educators, supporting our families, and challenging all of us to become better each day.

Bayvale Bears are blessed to have you leading the way! 🐻💙💛

Please join us in showing our incredible Principal some BIG Bayvale love and appreciation! 👏🏾💐❤️

Happy National Principals Month, Mrs. Taylor!

WE REMEMBER!💙

Dear Parents of Bayvale,

Help us commemorate and observe September 11th, and more importantly, those who SACRIFICED their lives, by allowing your child to wear Red, Blue, and White on (tomorrow) Friday, September 11th.

We honor and respect the memory, of those who sacrificed so much.

🎶 Fridays at The Bay = FUN FRIDAY in the Music Room! 🎶
Throughout the year, Mrs. Robinson uses fun activities and performance exercises to help our students build confidence and become comfortable speaking and performing in front of their peers and others. The best part? They’re often having so much fun, they don’t even realize they’re learning! ❤️

This Friday’s challenge was the Don’t Laugh Challenge inspired by TikTok! 🤣😂
Students paired up, chose their own animals, and attempted to sing using animal sounds instead of their voices without laughing! 🐦🐔🦁🦭😺🦍

And let’s just say…
they failed TERRIBLY or BEAUTIFULLY depending on how you look at it!😂🤣

But the laughter, confidence, and pure joy made it a SUCCESS in our book! 🎤❤️
Check out the fun happening in the Music Room! 🎶

It's Fun Friday in the music room!
