Augusta Innovation Zone Soul of The Cyber District Our vision is to transform Downtown Augusta by creating a space for our most innovative citizens to live work and play.

We plan to renovate two historic buildings on Broad Street, in Downtown Augusta, creating a co-working space, incubator for start-ups, and a home for the municipal testbed. At the same time, work along side another building owner to provide expertise on tenant selection and renovations to a mix use apartment / retail space catered to the unique desires of the millennial generation.
