Yesterday was a proud moment in the history of the Millan family and the Fort Eisenhower DENTAC as we witnessed the promotion ceremony of the FEGA DENTAC Commander, LTC Claudia P. Millan to the Rank of Colonel. During the event which was moderated by the Unit First Sergeant, 1SG Robert Hayward, It was nice to see friends of the Millan family, civilian and Military members of the Unit, and service members (both active and retired) show up to support COL Millan.

COL Millan's Husban, her three Children, and Mother were all in attendance to witness this remarkable moment in the history of their family as they listened to guests express how great a person and leader they have in a Wife, Mom, and Daughter.

If your Primary Care Manager (PCM) is at Eisenhower Army Medical Center and you are in the local area, can call 1-844-VMEDCEN (863-3236) from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST Monday-Friday to book a virtual appointment if you are experiencing an acute medical issue.

When making your appointment please let the call agent know this is for Eisenhower Army Medical Center Emergency Support. This is not for routine or chronic concerns.

If you have evacuated the area, please call the Nurse Advice Line at 1-800-TRICARE to speak directly with a nurse and be directed to the most appropriate care in your evacuated area.

On Friday 26 July 2024, we said farewell to our own CPL Ashley Andres. During her two years with the Unit, CPL Andres exhibited the true meaning of a great Soldier with an outstanding personality. We wish her all the best as she prepares to head to Lab School (N5) to advance her military career and get ready for her next assignment to continue her outstanding service.

We are proud of you CPL Andres.

After about 4.5 years of commitment and dedication to the Unit, it was time to say farewell to SSG Maria Jaramillo as she gets ready to begin her Drill Sergeant duty.

In February 2020, Fort Eisenhower DENTAC welcomed a SPC Maria Jaramillo, and on Friday 19 July, we said farewell to a SSG Maria Jaramillo.

We are glad to have had such a great NCO as a member of our team and extremely proud of her accomplishments. We know she will do great things for herself, her family, and the United States Army.

Good luck Drill Sergeant Maria Jaramillo, we wish you all the best.

We started and ended last week in great spirits and motivation by showing our water survival and soccer skills and proving how much we can be positively competitive with the goal of building and maintaining cohesive team.

On Friday 19 July 2024, with our Commander and 1SG in attendance to award CPL Thomas and PFC Nataren as winners of the 3rd Quarter Warrior of the Quarter Board, there wouldn’t have been a better way to get sweaty before presenting both Soldiers with their Army Achievement Medals than to play soccer.

On Monday 15 July, the Team conducted a Water Survival Training. Soldiers completed different exercises learning different letechniques like the Trouseers-Inflation Float - using the Sling and Splash methods, and Jump/Swim - using the High-Level entry skill.

On Monday 1 July 2024, CPL Scott was promoted to the rank of SGT.

SGT Scott has been a great addition to the Fort Eisenhower team and we are proud to see him move up to the next level.

A Soldier to be proud of!!

Ladies and gentlemen, Fort Eisenhower DENTAC is proud of SPC Labrake who received a Patient Safety Award for her role in ensuring the accountability and safety of patients during a recent DDEAMC Code black.

SPC Labrake also received an AAM for winning the Fort Eisenhower DENTAC 2nd Quarter Soldier of the Quarter board.
