Supporting access to compassionate mental health services strengthens our entire community, and it was an honor to celebrate this important investment in wellness, hope, and healing.

If you missed the Means Report you can watch it here! Please note that while on a normal basis we strive to get cases processed within 30-45 days, the Probate Court is working on a backlog. We are integrating hearings on cases from the mid to early 2000s that either wasn’t heard or haven’t been resolved!

It was truly a joy for Judge Johnson and our court team to spend time with such bright and curious students. Reading together is a powerful way to inspire imagination, encourage learning, and remind young people that their voices and dreams matter.

We are grateful for the opportunity to connect with the next generation and support literacy in our community. Thank you to the Principals, teachers, staff, and students for welcoming us so warmly!

Our Judicial Assistant Sam Stevenson and Clerk Yolanda Williams were able to provide services and awareness to the comminity at Augusta Richmond County District 2 Commissioner’s 4th Annual Community Breakfast.

Thank you District 2 Commissioner Stacy Pulliam for allowing the Court to be part of your community breakfast. It’s an honor to step outside the courtroom and connect with the community we proudly serve.

Events like this strengthen the bond between the Court and the citizens we are committed to serving. When the court and community come together, we build trust, understanding, and a stronger future for everyone.
