WANTED INDIVIDUALS BRIAN DAY AND CANDICE FISHER ARRESTED

AUGUSTA – The Maine Department of Corrections reports that Brian Day and Candice Fisher were arrested May 9. Day, a 45-year-old resident of Bolduc Correctional Facility (pictured below), had walked off a jobsite in Thomaston, Maine, on Monday, May 4. He was arrested with Fisher, a 45-year-old New Hampshire woman, by the Rochester, New Hampshire Police Department, with location information obtained from the public.

The Maine Department of Corrections is grateful for the public’s help and for the work of the Department’s Fugitive Investigation and Apprehension Team as well as federal, state, and local law enforcement, particularly the Rochester Police Department and United States Marshals Service.

MAINE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS OBTAINS ARREST WARRANTS FOR BRIAN DAY AND CANDICE FISHER

AUGUSTA – The Maine Department of Corrections has obtained a warrant for the arrest of Brian Day, a 45-year-old resident of Bolduc Correctional Facility, pictured below, who was last seen leaving a jobsite in Thomaston, Maine, yesterday.

The Department has also obtained a warrant for the arrest of Candice Fisher, a 45-year old New Hampshire woman, whom Day is believed to be with. They are believed to be traveling in a maroon 2011 Nissan Altima.

The Maine Department of Corrections’ Fugitive Investigation Apprehension Team is working closely with federal, state, and local law enforcement to apprehend these individuals.

The Maine Department of Corrections is advising anyone who has information regarding Fisher or Day to report it immediately by calling 911 and not to approach or engage them.

MAINE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS PURSUING BOLDUC RESIDENT WHO WALKED OFF THOMASTON JOBSITE

THOMASTON – The Maine Department of Corrections is pursuing Brian Day, a 45-year-old resident of Bolduc Correctional Facility, pictured below, who left his jobsite in Thomaston, Maine, today without permission. He had been sentenced to three and a half years in prison for theft, forgery, and other offenses, but had earned a classification level of community custody and was working in the community during the workday. Additional information about him is available on the MDOC resident locator found at https://www.maine.gov/corrections/adultinfo .

The Maine Department of Corrections has activated its Fugitive Investigation Apprehension Team and is working closely with federal, state, and local law enforcement to apprehend Resident Day.

The Maine Department of Corrections is advising anyone who has information regarding Resident Day or who believes they have seen him to report immediately by calling 911 and not to approach or engage him.
