Just a reminder, fireworks are happening tonight!

Aurora City Schools’ graduation is scheduled to have fireworks at Veterans Memorial Field on May 21st at approximately 9:00 p.m. after the conclusion of the ceremony. This post will be updated if details change due to inclement weather.
This will be a professional fireworks exhibit performed by an exhibitor who is in compliance with all safety and insurance requirements and who has obtained a permit from the City of Aurora.
The purpose of this notice is to eliminate surprise and allow you to take measures necessary to comfort family members or pets who may find the noise disturbing.
Please contact the Fire Department at 330.562.7171 with any questions or concerns.

Next Monday, May 25, expect delays on SR 82, S. Chillicothe Road, and S. Aurora Road from approximately 10:30–11:30 a.m. for the Memorial Day procession.

The community is invited to attend the Wreath Laying Ceremony at 10:15 a.m. at Veterans Memorial Park and support the procession to Aurora Cemetery.
