When our partners at Gripple told us they were ready to volunteer locally, we knew just the project in need of helpful hands.🌱

➡️Our friends at Plano Community Garden were overwhelmed with weeds from the recent rain and in need of volunteers.

The Gripple team jumped right in, weeding and clearing the gardens for the upcoming weeks of harvest.

This month alone, the gardens will produce thousands of pounds of produce that will help feed our neighbors through the Kendall County Community Food Pantry - thanks to the hard work of volunteers like the Gripple staff!

Fox Valley United Way was delighted to deliver a grant to Family Focus Aurora at their beautiful Kapur Center last week.

Family Focus empowers families in northeastern Illinois to achieve upward economic mobility through education, advocacy, and legal aid.
