Available now at the Aurora Public Library!
This Discovery Pass is available for 2 adults and up to 8 kids. This includes free admission to the Minnesota Discovery Center in Chisholm, Minnesota. You will also get to ride the free trolley at 11am, 1pm, and 3pm. You enjoy golfing? How about a free round of 19-hole, mining themed mini golf! Also, 10% off gift shop purchases and grab and go food items!
All you need to do is stop in and ask a librarian!

Pick up your FREE Bell Museum kits from the Aurora Public Library. One kit per family, while supplies last. FREE museum admission 4-ticket voucher is included in the kit. Geared towards grades K-5.

Since 2020, the Bell has worked with community partners to deliver materials-rich kits at no cost to community centers, social service organizations, schools, libraries, and other organizations. This program from the beginning has been made possible through the generosity of corporate, foundation, and individual donors.

The Science & Nature Activity Kit includes four new hands-on activities that a student could do alone or with friends, family, or classmates. The activities, developed by Bell educators for students in grades K-5, promote curiosity for nature, both close to home and out into the universe.

Every kit includes all the materials to complete the activities and step-by-step, illustrated instructions, with suggestions for other resources and activities to extend and deepen learning. Each booklet includes a QR code linking to brief instructional videos.

Bugs At The Library with Nature Connect, will be at the library Friday, July 17th at 2:00pm.
Come in and discover the aquatic insects that live in our Minnesota waters! You will learn all about the insect life cycles and their role in the ecosystem.
This is a hands on interactive event and will be about 45 minutes for ages 5 and up.
