Dear ECE Professional,
My name is Andrew Ruiz, and I am currently a senior at MSU Denver. As part of my senior experience, I am conducting a research paper focused on burnout within the Early Childhood Education (ECE) profession. To support my research, I am administering a survey to collect data. This will enable me to identify potential trends regarding the causes of burnout and strategies for addressing it at both the systemic and state levels.
