Thank you to our friends and partners for a second successful Compassion Camp at our downtown Aurora office! Working with United Methodist Church of Geneva we had a very fun day of learning and growth for the children in our community. This meaningful experience highlights one of many ways our organization strives to serve every household in our community.

Here's the truth — that 20% number isn't the rule most people think it is. Down payment assistance is real. Grants, low-rate loans, programs built specifically for working families... they can cover a lot more than you'd expect. A down payment isn't the only cost of buying a home, but it's rarely the impossible one.
