Kittens (under 6 mo): $125 (two kittens $200)
Cats (6 mo-6 yrs): $75 (bonded pair $100)
Senior Cats (7+ yrs): $50 (bonded pair of senior cats $50)
Puppy (under 6 mo): $200
Dogs (6 mo-6 yrs): $150 (bonded pair $150)
Senior Dogs (7+ yrs): $100 (bonded pair of senior dogs $100)
Ferret, Rabbit, Parrot: $50
Guinea Pig, Rats, Cockatiel, Medium bird: $25
Hamster, Gerbil, Mouse, Small bird: $15

thank you for all you do..not only helping to save our veterans but also giving dogs like these two boys a second chance.
When these two Dobermans came to AACC, they were thin, had eye infections, and clearly needed some TLC. With time, care, and a whole lot of love, they healed and were ready to start the next chapter of their lives.
Now, they have the opportunity to do something pretty incredible. I truly hope these two boys spend many years beside veterans, helping them through life while getting all the love and purpose they deserve in return. They had a rough start when they were dumped at AACC, but their story didn't end there. They got their second chance, too. ❤️
And we can't forget our scared little Boston, who was the first of the group to find a home! Seeing these dogs go from scared and unsure to heading toward their new lives is exactly why we do what we do.

Meet Aleyna!

Aleyna is an 8-year-old, (we think) Pomsky with ALL the fluff! She's stocky, not quite as tall as a Husky and definitely not as short as a Pomeranian, she's somewhere perfectly in between.
At 8 years old, Aleyna has decided she's earned a quieter lifestyle. She would do best in a home without small children where she can relax, enjoy her people, and live life at her own pace.
Aleyna gets along well with other dogs and would be happy to have a canine friend, but she'd probably prefer one who isn't bouncing off the walls all day. That being said, she's been pretty great at teaching some of our younger pups at ACC a thing or two about manners!
She's mature, sweet, fluffy, and past all that crazy puppy nonsense. Aleyna isn't looking for a wild new adventure she's looking for a comfortable home, and a family to love.

Meet Tea!

Tea is a sweet, silly 9-month-old Border Collie mix who is ready to find a family that can keep up with her!
This girl has energy to spare and would love an active family ready for walks, playtime, adventures, and plenty of fun. She would also do great with a doggy playmate to help keep her busy when her humans can't!
Tea is still young and learning her manners. She's currently working on keeping all four paws on the ground instead of greeting everyone with a flying hug, along with some other basic skills.
She's smart, playful, affectionate, and ready for a family willing to keep teaching her while letting her be the fun-loving pup she is.

Bubba is another long-term resident. He's a 2-year-old Akita mix. Bubba does best with female dogs but may do best on his own until he decompresses from living the shelter life. He will smother you with kisses or play tug until he tires himself out.

And let me tell you there is a personality here for just about everyone.
🐕 Some are fast, energetic and ready for adventure.
🐾 Some enjoy other dogs and would love a canine buddy.
🎓 Some are smart cookies who just need a little extra training and consistency.
😂 Some are still full of puppy energy and questionable decision-making skills.
🦴 One has some funky hips and a funny little walk but he doesn’t let it slow him down one bit!
❤️ Some are mature, calmer and already know the ropes.
👴 And a few are seniors who would really love to spend their golden years somewhere other than a shelter.

They’re different ages, sizes, energy levels and personalities but every single one deserves to be chosen, and all are fully vetted!
