Here at the Dearborn County Extension Office, we have started receiving multiple reports of the invasive Spotted Lantern Fly (SLF).

Our "Life on the Farm" program was a success! It was great seeing so many curious young minds learning 🐐🌾⛅️ A special thanks to Sherry for bringing her goats, which were the main attraction of course!

Join Oxbow, Inc. for Going Green in the Garden: Sustainable Practices on July 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Beecher Community Garden - SEI Community Gardens! 🍅

During this educational program, Dearborn County Soil & Water Conservation District will be covering common misconceptions on soil health and providing options for alternative gardening practices. Purdue Extension Dearborn County will discuss the impact of soil health on plants, humans, wildlife, and livestock.

Come join us for this fun and interactive outdoor education!
