MENTORING COORDINATOR:

Compensation- $15.00- $16.00/hr. Community Support Services, Inc. is looking for talented Quality Life Mentors to start immediately!

Our Quality Life Mentors provide individual teaching and mentoring services to adults with intellectual disabilities living independently in their own apartments and/or with family. We are looking for compassionate, positive and motivated Quality Life Mentors with exceptional listening and interpersonal skills. You will be a mentor and teacher for the people we support with aspects of household cleaning, money management, meal planning and preparation, recreational and socialization opportunities, medical appointments, medication monitoring, reaching individual goals, etc. Quality Life Mentors must demonstrate effective verbal and written skills and are required to complete programmatic documentation prior to the completion of each shift.

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING PART-TIME QUALITY LIFE MENTORS (FULL TIME POSITIONS WITH BENEFITS MAY BECOME AVAILABLE IN THE FUTURE AS WELL AS OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT) TO PRIMARILY WORK IN THE HIGHLANDS RANCH, AURORA AND SOUTHEAST DENVER AREA WITH EVENTUAL POSSIBILITIES OF SUPPORT HOURS IN LAKEWOOD.
