MENTORING COORDINATOR:

Compensation- $15.00- $16.00/hr. (FULL-TIME Employees 30+ hours per week, who choose our EXCELLENT company paid benefit package (after 60 days) would have an earning that equates to an additional $3.63 per hour, totaling $18.63-$19.63 per hour.) Community Support Services, Inc. is looking for talented Quality Life Mentors to start immediately!

Our Quality Life Mentors provide individual teaching and mentoring services to adults with intellectual disabilities living independently in their own apartments and/or with family. We are looking for compassionate, positive and motivated Quality Life Mentors with exceptional listening and interpersonal skills. You will be a mentor and teacher for the people we support with aspects of household cleaning, money management, meal planning and preparation, recreational and socialization opportunities, medical appointments, medication monitoring, reaching individual goals, etc. Quality Life Mentors must demonstrate effective verbal and written skills and are required to complete programmatic documentation prior to the completion of each shift.
