WELCOME TO THE TEAM, PV2 SALGADO! 🇺🇸

Still in high school, PV2 Salgado has already taken a major step toward his future. Thanks to his JROTC experience, he earned a promotion to PV2 before even beginning his training. He starts paid training with us in Aurora next month where we’ll be flying in a Blackhawk 🚁 After completing high school and a few months of training, he’ll return home and begin the next chapter of his education through college or trade school. His tuition will be covered AND we secured the GI Bill Kicker, putting even more money in his pocket each month🎓💰This is what building a future looks like! Very proud!

Watching the team grow from regular civilians into confident men and women in uniform is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do 🇺🇸

Every month, they show up, push themselves, learn something new, and take another step toward becoming the Soldiers they’re capable of being. Proud of the work they’re putting in and even more proud of the growth I get to witness along the way. Keep pushing. Keep growing.

Had a great time working with the Kendall County Sheriff’s Youth Academy 👮🏽‍♂️

I got to give the next generation a look into the world of insider threats🕵🏽 Sharing skills and mindset I’ve developed as a Special Agent.

We put their observation, communication, and critical-thinking skills to the test with hands on scenarios. Skills that can carry over into their future careers in law enforcement and beyond.

The goal is to help them think differently, recognize what others might miss, and ultimately keep themselves, their partners, and the people around them safer.

Always rewarding to pass on experiences that can make a difference in the next generation.
