Summer reading starts with access. 📚

This summer, Better ATX School Communities teamed up with Austin ISD Library Services to reach Austin neighborhoods where kids often don’t have books at home.

Thanks to our volunteers and donors, the Better ATX Book Bus delivered over 1,200 books made it into the hands of more than 600 young readers — helping them build home libraries, share stories with siblings and friends, and keep their literacy skills strong all summer.
