Every other week, we're putting a member coach in the spotlight — because the talent, heart, and story in this community deserves to be seen.

First up? Jenny Tornow, and she did not disappoint.

She created the first-ever certification program for space planning professionals in retail. She coaches executives stepping into strategy AND women exploring solo motherhood. And she's learning to play Tibetan singing bowls.

ICF Greater Austin showed up at SXSW 2026 — and made our Expo floor debut count.

Over three days, our coaches worked one-on-one with tech founders, executives, and creative leaders navigating real decisions, real teams, and real pressure.

We also led sessions on team coaching and courageous innovation, offering frameworks attendees could put into practice immediately.
