From being explorers to lead advisors, (J. Malone & M. Malone) have had a wonderful run with the post. They’ve shifted young aspiring medics and medical professional to actively pursuing a career as a medic for the Austin Travis County EMS and more!Post 247 couldn’t have achieved this without both of you. Thank you so much for providing explorers with amazing opportunities, ranging from learning about emergency medicine to making friends with explorers from all over the Austin area, and, most importantly, creating long lasting memories while having tons of fun!
One day, these explorers will return as successful professionals, whether as doctors, medical board directors, chiefs of surgery, paramedics, and more. We will all remember that this program was the starting point of our journeys and that the Malone siblings created this opportunity for all of us. Captain (M. Malone) & C.S. (J.
