Go to your.Humana.com/ERS now to search for in-network dentists, get an overview of each dental plan, review frequently asked questions and more!

You can now call Humana’s Customer Service toll-free at (855) 756-6580 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. CT. Representatives can help answer any questions you may have about the transition and the coverage that begins on Sept. 1. Humana will not have access to your account information until Sept.1.
