TDEM hosted Gov. Abbott as well as state agency leaders for a briefing and press conference at the State Emergency Operations Center ahead of impacts from tropical activity in the Gulf.

Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs will host online Office Hours session to spotlight the rules and regulations for the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (PRWORA). The Office Hours session is scheduled for Friday, September 11, from 9 to 11 a.m., Central Time.
