The Welcome Center is a multicultural center that welcomes newcomers, supports them in their transition into the community, and provides access and opportunities for self-sufficiency. Advocacy and Client Services- We connect clients with necessary community resources to address medical, social, community, legal, financial, educational, employment and other needs. Language Services- Our diverse sta

ff helps with interpretations and translations of documents, emails and phone calls for the client. We work with the school district to provide interpreters for registration and conferences. Our organization facilitates communication between businesses and limited-English speaking clients. Community Building- Our community programs are aimed at fostering diversity, inclusion, and cultural education.

🎉 Family Fun Nights Are Coming!

Mark your calendars for our upcoming Monthly Family Fun Nights at the Parenting Resource Center! Bring the whole family for an evening of fun, connection, and quality time together. Each event will feature a family dinner followed by a themed activity. 🍽️💛

🍂 September 30 – Fall Craft Night
🎃 October 28 – Halloween Party
🍿 November 18 – PJ’s, Popcorn & a Movie
🎅 December 19 – Breakfast with Santa, 9–11 a.m.

Family Fun Nights begin at 5:45 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

📲 RSVP by noon the Monday before each event by texting or calling 507-438-1270 with the number of family members attending.

We’re looking forward to making some fun memories with our PRC families!

🎒 UPDATE: We are out of school supplies!

We are absolutely amazed by the turnout this morning! We’ve already had so many families stop by that all of our available school supplies have been distributed.

Because we are completely out of supplies, we will no longer be distributing supplies today.

We will do another round of supplies tomorrow at 3pm.

Thank you for the incredible response! We’re so happy we were able to help so many local students get ready for the new school year. 💚📚
