⚠️ Heat exhaustion:
β€’ Heavy sweating
β€’ Dizziness or weakness
β€’ Headache
β€’ Nausea
β€’ Cool, clammy skin
βœ” Move to a cool place immediately
βœ” Drink water
βœ” Rest and cool down

🚨 Heat stroke:
β€’ High body temperature
β€’ Confusion
β€’ Hot, red skin
β€’ Loss of consciousness
