The staff of The Parenting Resource Center would like to take a moment to honor the legacy of former Executive Director Norma Klaehn who passed away on August 21st.

Norma was Executive Director in the 1990's and laid the foundational ground work for our parenting programs. She was a selfless leader, innovative and most of all caring.

I have recently had the pleasure of reading some of her yearly reports, printed from a typewriter. I could feel her passion for this community with her words.

PRC is indebted to her service as she paved the way for who we are today.

We are incredibly thankful for a recent generous donation to the PRC! This thoughtful gift will directly support our Basic Needs Pantry, Diaper Pantry, and Family Assistance Fund, helping us provide essential resources and assistance to local families when they need it most.

Generosity like this allows us to continue responding to the needs we see every day in our community. Whether it’s providing diapers, household essentials, or a little extra support during a difficult time, every contribution makes a meaningful difference.
