If you’ve been following me, you already know I’m big on creating opportunities and helping people level up👏🏾 I want to take a moment to shine a light on Reverse Training Program an Austin-based CDL training program helping people turn their goals into careers. 🚛💨

Since September 2025, we’ve had 40+ participants earn their CDL, and we’re just getting started! Now we’re celebrating our 1st Anniversary AND 2nd Graduation Ceremony this September! 🎓🔥 I’m proud of what we’re building, proud of the people we’ve helped, and even more excited about what’s ahead. 🗣People will tell you that you don't need a degree. Let that be YOUR decision. Me? I'm always going to encourage people to get a degree, a trade, or some type of education. If it's not for you, it's not for you.
Somebody told me, "You got all these degrees and you're building/flipping houses, running a CDL school and transitional living, and doing all this other stuff... You didn't need a degree"😳What they don't understand is they're looking at the ending result. Without those degrees and experiences, I would've never entered some of the rooms I've been in.

I worked as an investigator for Adult Protective Services. That position opened my vision to housing and the needs of vulnerable populations. I worked as a paralegal in law enforcement defense. That broadened my perspective and helped me understand offenders from a professional standpoint instead of just dating them🤦🏾‍♀️ Stay with me🤣

Every position, every class, every degree, every opportunity built on the next one. People see the businesses, the houses, the school, and the accomplishments. What they don't see are all the steps that made those things possible.Your path may not make sense to everybody while you're walking it, but one day the pieces will connect. TRUST YOUR PROCESS🖤

Director out or not 🗣 the work does not stop.
Training still happened.
Engagement still happened.
And 2 participants secured their licenses yesterday.
