As we celebrate our nation's independence, we want to thank the amazing community we are proud to serve. Your continued support means so much to our volunteer firefighters and their families.

Fire, Fire, Fire!!! Boy it was hot today but we managed to pull it off! Thanks again everyone, for supporting the Auxvasse Fire Department including the surrounding Fire Departments that participated in our parade!

We accomplished another great fundraiser thanks to you, our community! Thank you for your generous donations! We strive to protect you to the best of our ability and we plan to continue doing so! Stay cool! 😎

Michael Lindsey was also a member of the Auxvasse Fire Department for approximately 16 years from around 1983 to 1999. He also attended the North Callaway School District. Our deepest condolences go out to his family and friends.

It is with deep sadness that we share the death of retired EMS Supervisor / Paramedic, Mike Lindsay.

Mike dedicated almost three decades of service to our community and to the EMS profession. Throughout his career, he was known for his leadership, commitment to patient care, and willingness to mentor those who worked alongside him. His contributions helped shape our organization and positively impacted countless lives.

After retirement, Mike remained a valued member of our EMS family. He will be remembered for his professionalism, friendship, and the lasting influence he had on generations of EMS providers.

Please keep Mike’s family, friends, and former colleagues in your thoughts during this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Mike. Your service and dedication will not be forgotten.
