Governor Kehoe forced a power grab on Missourians with Amendment 4. We said NO.

Governor Kehoe tried to raise taxes on seniors through Amendment 5. We said NO.

Missourians legalized abortion. Gov. Kehoe is working overtime to take that right away, again.

And now, our state Supreme Court told Gov. Kehoe, "No, you can’t use your illegal map." His response? Try to go around them.

Our Governor and GOP legislature aren’t listening to you, Missouri voters. They’re too busy listening to their donors and handlers.

It’s time to hold them accountable. It’s time to vote them out!

Missouri Republicans are blaming our state Supreme Court for the current "constitutional crisis" over which map we’ll use in November.

But remember: they’re the ones who ignored voters and had us use an illegal map in the first place.

Insofar as we’re in a crisis, it’s one of their own making, not the state Supreme Court’s.

Hold them accountable this November! Vote NO on the gerrymandered map. And vote YES on 6 to reign in this nonsense.

This is amazing news!

For years, politicians in Jefferson City have attacked organized labor, prevailing wage, paid sick leave, and the rights of working people.

This Labor Day, I’m making my position clear: I’ll always stand with Missouri workers.

Better wages. Better benefits. Better working conditions. And a government that respects the people who keep our state running.

Working people built Missouri. It’s time we had a legislature that fought for them.

If you’re new here, I want to take a minute to introduce myself.

I’m Josh Berzins, and I’m the Democratic nominee for Missouri State Representative in District 155 - which includes Douglas, Ozark, eastern Taney, and southern Stone County.

I was raised here in the Ozarks. I grew up selling baked goods at the farmers market and later worked at a local coffee roastery. I’ve spent most of my life around the ranchers, working families, small business owners, and retirees who make our communities what they are.

I’m running because I believe we can do better for them.

I want to fully fund our public schools and make sure our teachers have the resources they need. I want to fix our rural roads and bridges and make affordable healthcare actually accessible in rural Missouri.

I’ll fight for better wages and stronger protections for working people.

I’ll stand with our farmers and ranchers against corporate agriculture and fight for a fair market for the families who raise our food.

I’ll defend your right to make your own private medical decisions without politicians getting in the way.

And when it comes to massive AI data centers, my position is simple: No data centers in the Ozarks.

Our water, our power, and our communities should not be handed over to Big Tech. The people who live here should decide what gets built here.

I also want the Ozarks to be a place where young people can afford to stay, raise a family, buy a home, and build a good life. That means good jobs, strong schools, affordable healthcare, and communities we’re proud to pass on to the next generation.

That’s why I’m running.

I’m a Democrat, and I’m proud to be one. But I know plenty of people in this district won’t agree with me on everything. That’s okay.

You might be a Republican. You might be an Independent. You might have never voted for a Democrat in your life.

I still want to earn your vote - because we drive the same roads. Our kids go to the same schools. We shop at the same stores. We depend on the same hospitals, farms, and small businesses. And we all have a stake in what happens to the Ozarks.

I’m 24. I’m a working person. I’m not a career politician, and I don’t have all the answers.

But I know what I’m fighting for. And I know who I’m fighting for.

The people who call the Ozarks home.

I’m Josh Berzins, and I’d be honored to represent you in Jefferson City.

Ozarks Raised. Ozarks Values. Ozarks in Action.

Missouri voters hate data centers. Missouri’s GOP politicians love them.

Our governor has even said he wants Missouri to become the new Silicon Valley for Big AI.

So how do Missouri politicians plan to deal with the disconnect between their policies and the people they represent?

By hiding.

Across the state, we’ve watched politicians and local leaders hide behind NDAs while massive data center projects are negotiated behind closed doors.

That’s wrong.

If a project is good for our communities, politicians shouldn’t have to hide it from the people who live there.

Missourians deserve transparency. They deserve a say in what gets built in their communities. And here in the Ozarks, they deserve representatives willing to say it clearly:

NO DATA CENTERS IN THE OZARKS!

I can’t believe Missouri’s leaders cut $4 million from Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library while handing out more tax cuts to Missouri’s wealthy.

But here we are.

Remember who’s working for donors and lobbyists. And remember who’s fighting for your kids, your families, and your communities.

Let’s send the legislature a message: Restore funding for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library NOW!
