Yesterday was a busy day for AVFC — both with storm-related calls and “regular” calls. This photo was in the midst of the weather that was moving through the area which brought down a tree just past the Avalon Loop. Thanks to our mutual aid partners for assistance throughout the day and night!

Save the date for our pumpkin sales! 🎃

📆 Beginning Friday, October 2 we will be selling at the fire station from 5 - 9 PM on Fridays and from 10 AM - 9 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Last day of sales will be Friday, October 30.

🍂Pumpkins and yes, those amazing mums will be available for purchase.

☕️ We will also have hot chocolate, c***r, and baked goods.

🍁 Keep an eye out for special pop-up sales in September.

🏍️ Today’s the day! 🏍️

You have 30 minutes to get your last minute raffle tickets in-person at the hall (629 New Brighton Road in Avalon). We will be going live at 1:00 as Avalon Mayor Heather Weleski picks our 10 finalists.

At 3:00, each of our 10 finalists will have the opportunity to try their key and see if it starts the bike!
