Did you know?
The Avon Lake Public Library is on the May 5 Ballot for a Renewal Levy! That means NO additional taxes and will cost property owners $4.67 a month per $100,000 of the County Auditor's market value.

The Library receives operating revenue from a variety of sources: • Local funding: Operating levy – 69 percent
• State funding: Public Library Fund – 25 percent
• Miscellaneous funding: gifts, interest fines, fees, etc. – 6 percent

The Library has been a resource for the community offering programs, outreach services, community events, educational resources, and so much more.

Early in-person voting and absentee voting by mail begins April 7.

The Avon Lake Public Library has circulated over two million items in the last five years! 😮 This includes books, movies, electronics, equipment, movies, CDs, and more! ALPL has also introduced curbside service for those wanting to stay in their cars and outreach services for those unable to get to the Library.
