Happy fish fry day! Lee has big fish honors as a wide stance and propping up against the tall and wide transom was the key to this crew getting fish in the boat. Many fish lost but that’s to be expected when battling the conditions that Mother Nature gave us. All in all we all finished up with limits today including the mate and captain. Lake Erie walleye fishing continues to be great with the Mother Nature finally coming to her senses! This morning greeted us with clear skies and smooth water. The walleye were active and the rod bending and bites were non stop. Fish are being found in midrange waters in 35 to 50 feet of water. A mix of spoons and crank baits in orange and green patters have been consistent on our trolling trips while gold hammered weight forward spinners tipped with a half of night crawler have been the top producers on our casting trips.
