Our annual Luau was one for the books! From talented luau dancers and tropical drinks to a fun photo backdrop, there was so much to enjoy. Chef Michael went all out by roasting a whole pig for the occasion, he is truly the best! There’s nothing quite like coming together, having fun, and sharing laughs with the people who make MorningStar of Avondale feel like home. ❤️

National Raspberry Bombe Day took a little detour at our community… and we’re very glad it did! 🍓

Chef Michael swapped the raspberries for fresh strawberries, and the result? Ice-cold strawberries piled onto angel food cake with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Simple, fresh, and absolutely sensational!

Chef Michael created three coconut water mocktails for our residents to taste: strawberry, pineapple, and cucumber. After sampling all three, the votes were in… strawberry took the top spot! 🍓
