In honor of EMS Week, the members of the Bell Township Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank all EMS agencies for the work they do every day — but especially Murrysville Medic One and Oklahoma/Vandergrift EMS.

Any time an ambulance is needed in Bell Township, both agencies are dispatched together, working side by side to provide our residents with the highest level of prehospital care possible. Their professionalism, dedication, and teamwork never go unnoticed.

These services go far beyond patient care. They also play a critical role during major incidents by providing firefighter rehab operations — ensuring our firefighters stay hydrated, medically monitored, and physically able to continue operating safely on scene.

Murrysville Medic One also brings specialized resources to our area, including a water rescue dive team, drone operations, and additional UTV capabilities that assist during emergency incidents and large-scale operations.

From all of us at Bell Township Volunteer Fire Department, thank you for everything you do for our community and surrounding areas. We appreciate your commitment, sacrifice, and partnership.
