During the next few weeks you will notice people working on or near your water meters. We will be changing out every meter to a Neptune smart meter. These are lead free, low flow leak detection, radio read meters. Meaning we will have a device that will use radio frequency’s to automatically read each meter while driving past your meter. The readings each month will be able to show us minute to minute water usage and will also alert us if there is a leak. We appreaciate everyone’s patience as we make this transition and thank you for trusting us as your water provider. ATTENTION CUSTOMERS!!!

To help minimize the spread of COVID-19, the office will be closed to the public until further notice.

We ask that you conduct business by phone and email. Water bills will still be mailed out as normal and you may still pay by dropping off your payment in the drop box, by mail, online at www.eolwsc.myruralwater.com, or by phone.

With February being a short month, the bills went out a few days later than normal. If you don’t receive your bill by the end of this week, call the office and let us know! Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

📆Important Dates to Remember📆

•Water bills are due on this Saturday the 15th.
(A $10 late feel will incur for any bills paid after.)

•Disconnection date for water bills 60 days or more
past due is the 20th.

•Board of directors applications are due on 3/2

•Board of Directors meeting will be held on
3/10 @ 7pm

•Annual board of directors meeting will be held on
4/23 (time to be determined)
