November 2025 Batte Assembly, marked significant achievements and growth for the 308th QM. New AIT graduates received crucial hands-on driver's training and PMCS instruction at the motor pool, expertly led by SFC Sturges (Motor Pool SGT) and SSG Pingleton (Truck Master). The unit demonstrated exceptional physical readiness led by 2LT Whitt-Leitner and Clayburgh. A particularly proud moment came as the motor pool officially received its first ever AAME Award plaque. Furthermore, soldiers were well informed on vital career decisions, receiving comprehensive updates from Retention NCOs MSG Edwards and SFC Hansen.

The 308th Quartermaster Company has yet again proven that they are the premier Bulk Fuel Company within the United States ARMY Reserves. The 308th QM “Dragons” executed bulk fuel storage and distribution operations dispensing and storing 104,300 gallons of fuel to 1000+ military and civilian contracted assets across Fort Hunter Ligett’s area of operations of around 165,000 acres of training areas.

The Dragons were immersed in a Large Scale Combat Operations environment and exited the exercise with an extremely positive exit evaluation despite multiple extreme OPFOR and climatic challenges (100+ temps, wind, wildfires). The Dragon’s were supplemented with 3 Soldiers from the 370 TC of Brownsville, Texas and 6 Soldiers from the 377 QM in Macon, GA and our team from across the country executed fueling operations as if we had been working together for years! RULE THE FUEL! DRAGONS!!!

Check out March Battle Assembly with the 308th Quartermaster Company! The Dragons conducted Phase 1 of Driver’s Training this past weekend, continued CSTX planning, preparation and completed inventory. 🇺🇸🐲🇺🇸

Soldiers had the opportunity to learn and perform Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) along with multiple tactical vehicles including the HMMWV, M1097, M1083, M1088 and M969A1.

Simultaneously, maintenance platoon conducted their Annual Training at home station. Lots of hard work and planning for the 308the team!

Next up: Phases 2, 3 and NVD training!

The 308th Quartermaster Company “Dragons!” had a very productive February Battle Assembly by successfully prepared their new FSSP system for CSTX, conducted maintenance on the SATS trailer, executed supply preparation for AT, PM’d the tanker trailers for AT, reorganized the supply office, conducted maintenance operations, conducted fueling classes, and reorganized the FSSP systems in preparation for our Annual Training. Over the weekend we also hosted our Batallion Command team, the 316th ESC safety Officer, and our Batallion chaplain team! Thank you for coming out and checking out our Soldiers hard work and dedication to excellence!

This year, we commemorate those presidents who served in our military.

The 308th Quartermaster Company “Dragons!” Had a successful January BA weekend with a heavy focus on preparation for our Annual Training. The Dragons received P3 ARMY/Corporate job resources, executed convoy ops/counter UAS training on the virtual battle simulator III, drove 1,000 miles in tactical vehicles (collectively), inventoried the SATS trailer, executed 112 services on our equipment (tactical vehicles, weapons, night vision googles), AGSU sizing (Army Green Service Uniform), and took the time to reflect on our 12 areas of balance to build resiliency.

Our Maintenance section was also visited/spot checked by RTSM CSM Aparicio who was extremely impressed with the maintenance section and their operational excellence. CSM Aparacio provided PFC Stys with an Audie Murphy coin for operating at a level above his rank.
