EQ is for Everyone – This past Friday, I was honored to have the opportunity to present “Emotional Intelligence for a healthy workplace!” via the Virtual Employment Bootcamp for adult clients at Metropolitan Ministries. The bootcamp is a two-day virtual training on a variety of topics that equip the men and women living on their campus, or in one of their community-based programs, with job development skills.

Metropolitan Ministries provides comprehensive services and solutions for poor, at-risk, and homeless families in underserved and impoverished communities through its family support centers, mobile outreach, and transitional housing programs that help families reach and maintain their best level of self-sufficiency.
