๐Ÿ”Ž Did you spot the clues?
If you stopped by your campus GT classroom during Meet the Teacher, you may have noticed that something a littleโ€ฆ TOP SECRET is happening in G/T this year. ๐Ÿ‘€

Weโ€™re not quite ready to reveal this yearโ€™s theme just yet, but weโ€™ll give you a hint: Look closely. The clues are everywhere. ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ”

In honor of GT Awareness Week, we are celebrating the incredible minds in our Gifted & Talented program ๐Ÿ’ซ
Our students think deeply, ask meaningful questions, and bring powerful ideas to life.
It is a joy to watch them learn, grow, and lead.

๐Ÿง โœจ Mind & Body in Motion! โœจ๐Ÿ’ช

Today our 1st & 2nd Grade Gifted & Talented students took their learning beyond the classroom walls and into the incredible Sci-Tech Discovery Center in Frisco and it was the perfect extension of our Mind & Body unit!

From problem-solving challenges that stretched their brains ๐Ÿง  to hands-on exhibits that got their bodies moving and reacting ๐Ÿ’ฅ, students explored how thinking, movement, reaction time, and sensory input all work together.

They didnโ€™t just learn about the connection between the mind and bodyโ€ฆ they experienced it.

Watching them question, experiment, collaborate, and light up with curiosity was the best reminder that when we engage both the brain and the body, learning truly comes alive. ๐Ÿ’š

So proud of our bright thinkers and active learners!
