Handz Down Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to supporting recently released citizens as they rebuild their lives and transition back into the community.

Want to experience the enhance fitness class?
The class is given Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Thursdays at the center at 10:15 AM. Dress comfortable because the enhanced fitness class is a chair type exercise, it also helps with fall prevention techniques, fun, and great music!
Watch out because most people think when you say chair exercise the intensity is not there that is so far from the truth. Now we do encourage everyone to work at your own pace so if you need to modify marching in place while you’re sitting do it because you are not in competition with anyone except yourself come on out have some fun meet new people, socialize and then at 11:15 have lunch with us.
See you at the center but don’t forget we’re moving our last day in the center is May 1. We’re moving to 2020 R St.. Wednesday, May 6 at 9 AM. Come on out for some fun.
