Those who complete our Summer Reading Challenge for 2026 have the chance to win one of our grand prizes! The grand prize shown here is for our youngest patrons.

The little feet that come in the most to our Bookmobile are the ones that we appreciate so greatly! To show our appreciation for visiting us during your recesses AND sticking with us during the summer, we got our kiddos some exciting prizes! Check them out below! 🤩🙌

Inside our special SRC drawstring bag, you will find all kinds of silly and fun things like a rubber chicken, a fun marker set, a colorful water bottle, and not one but TWO books that tie into our "Plant a Seed, Read" theme for the summer! We know our littles love when we've go the crafts out on Saturdays (and sometimes on Tuesdays) so we wanted to give you the chance to get crafty any day of the week with an art machine! 🥳🐇🐔🌱

Grand Prize Spotlight! 🏆

Those who complete our Summer Reading Challenge for 2026 have the chance to win one of our grand prizes! The grand prize shown here is for our teen patrons.

To our teen patrons out there, we're planning on giving you things to do this summer and we're hoping we nailed it with our selection. Let us know what part of the prize you're most hoping for, or tell us what we can add in for next year! 🫰

We know our older kiddos love a good graphic novel and we wanted to make include one this SRC season! "Braiding Sweetgrass" is a handheld guide full of Indigenous wisdom and teachings, scientific knowledge, and all things plants shown through intricate and detailed graphics. Inside the green drawstring bag (which you can keep and decorate!), you'll also find a STEM stag beetle and a crotchet kit to create a little chick! There is also a plant-themed journal set and a pair of Bluetooth earbuds that double as a fidget spinner! 🍏🐥📗🖊️🎧
