The Chapter will have a change of leadership on 17 July, 2023 at 1730hours.

Chad Garcia will be relieving Jim McEwin and be sworn in as the new Chairman of the 82nd Airborne Division Association-San Joaquin Valley Chapter.

The ceremony and celebration will be at Crusader Brewing, 5880 District Boulevard suite 18.

On , we recognize legendary U.S. Army SGT Alvin York. While serving with the 82nd Division during WWI, York assisted in the capture of 132 German soldiers. He was awarded the Distinguished Cross, which was later upgraded to the Medal of Honor.
