Kern Leaders Academy is proud to announce the selection of its 2026 class! This cohort represents a diverse group of outstanding individuals from across Kern County who have demonstrated exceptional potential and commitment to leadership, service, and community improvement.
The 2026 class will embark on a nine-week journey of personal growth, professional development, and community engagement. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from local leaders, gain practical skills, and build lasting relationships that will strengthen our community for years to come.
We congratulate the new class members and look forward to learning and building leadership together. Stay tuned for more updates and highlights from the Kern Leaders Academy 2026 program!
