ma'am's Hot Jam ~ Specialty Fruit Jams with a Hot Pepper Kick ~
Perfect for every meal from Breakfast to the Late n Batches may vary slightly due to sweet pepper availability.

"ma'am's" is locally owned and operated by a recently married mom, Misty who was born and raised in the Murphy, NC area. "ma'am's" takes it's name from the initials of Misty & her two boys. "ma'am's Hot Jam" uses the best ingredients of home grown peppers from our Misty Mountain Garden and vine ripe fruits. All Jams are home made in small batches under strict cleanliness guidelines. Ingredients in

clude: sugar, a variety of sweet or bell peppers, jalepenos, serranos, habaneros, and/or cayennes; apple cider vinegar, fruit juices, pectin, and the fruit of choice. We often offer free samples at various events, so check out our locations to try our jams! Be warned tho, once you start a jar of jam, it disappears fast! Many of our customers buy two jars just so they don't run out.
