It is with great sadness that we recognize the passing of Dolly Parton. She was an amazing woman who was a passionate advocate for literacy through her Imagination Library.

We have received and placed many of her books on our shelves as you (our wonderful patrons) donate them to us after your children learn to read.

She was an amazing star and she will be missed.

Ms. Felicia has an awesome Nature theme planned for you on Monday! Avery and Mitchell friends we are talking about school readiness this week, because lots of folks are getting ready to start preschool or Kindergarten! But don’t let that deter those of you with little ones, we are going to focus on how to support school readiness from the very beginning!!
