Mitchell Elementary had the privilege of celebrating one of the very best in education, Mrs. Laura Jarrett, as she begins her well-deserved retirement after a tremendous career with Mitchell County Schools.

Mrs. Jarrett has touched countless lives through her dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to students, families, and colleagues. Her impact reaches far beyond the classroom walls, and the love and care she poured into her work will continue to be felt for years to come.

While we will miss her deeply, we are so grateful for the legacy she leaves behind and the example she has set for all of us. Congratulations, Mrs. Jarrett, on an incredible career and this exciting new chapter. Mitchell Elementary and Mitchell County Schools are better because of you!
