SURPRISE INSPECTION! Our Chief Raleigh Flowers made a surprise visit at the School of Justice at Miami Dade College and made sure our very own trainee Janai Conklin is looking sharp, working hard, and making her Bal Harbour family proud! She passed the inspection and was left with a reminder that her entire Bal Harbour Police family is rooting for her!

ONE LIFE SAVED. THAT’S THE MISSION. 🌊🚔

This Labor Day Weekend, local, state, and federal agencies came together for a multi-agency Marine Patrol Operation, putting 28–32 officers and agents on the water each day to promote safety through enforcement, education, and a strong law enforcement presence.

76 citations • 88 warnings • 3 arrests • 1 LIFE SAVED

The most important outcome of the weekend was a lifesaving water rescue in the Haulover area, where the quick and decisive actions of FWC Officer Kasia Williams and DSS Special Agent Bretton Clarke were instrumental in saving a man’s life following a near-fatal Jetski incident.

That is why we do this.

Proud of every officer and agent who worked through challenging conditions and remained committed to the mission.

Today, the Bal Harbour Police Department proudly joined the Mystic Force Foundation for its 9th Annual Gold Ribbon Parade — the world’s largest childhood cancer parade! 🎗️💛

During this special event, the Bal Harbour Police Department had the honor of presenting the Mystic Force Foundation with a proclamation from Bal Harbour Village officially designating September as Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

Together, we stand with the children and families courageously battling childhood cancer and honor the strength, resilience, and hope of every young warrior.

We wear gold. We stand together. We fight for a cure. 🎗️💛

When the temperatures rise, a cool treat goes a long way!

Today, members of our Specialized Patrol Division helped beat the heat by handing out complimentary Italian ice from Jeremiah’s Italian Ice to members of our community. It was a great opportunity to cool off, connect with residents, and share a few smiles on this extremely hot day.

Thank you to Jeremiah's Italian Ice 🍦 Italian Ice for helping us make our community just a little sweeter! 💙🚔

What an unforgettable afternoon at Bal Harbour’s Waterfront Park!

Our officers were proud to provide security during the FIFA Watch Party while enjoying the opportunity to connect with residents as we watched an exciting match and witnessed history together. To make the day even sweeter, everyone celebrated National Ice Cream Day with a refreshing treat.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a safe, fun, and memorable community event. We look forward to seeing you at the next one!
