The Baldwin River (formerly known as the North Branch of the PM) is cited as the first planting of German Brown Trout in the USA on April 11, 1884 with 4900 fry. This bit of history caught our eye on Norwegian hunters and gathers relocating brown trout in 4900 BC. Interesting!
