It is with heavy hearts that the Greater Baldwinsville Ambulance Corps says farewell to a very special member of our family, Rosemary Coyne, who passed away on August 9th.
For many years, Rosemary served as the Office Manager of GBAC, becoming so much more than an employee. She was a friend, a familiar face, and an important part of the day-to-day life of our organization. Her dedication, kindness, and commitment to our members and our mission left a lasting impact on the Corps and on so many of us who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside her.
Rosemary retired from GBAC in December 2022, after being our longest serving office manager. Rosemary never stopped being part of our family. Her years of service and the relationships she built here will not be forgotten.
We extend our deepest condolences to Rosemary's husband, Peter, her daughters Jeannette and Cora-Ann, her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her entire family.
Rest easy, Rosemary. Thank you for the many years you gave to GBAC and for everything you did for our members and our community. You will always be part of the Greater Baldwinsville Ambulance Corps family. ❤️

We are saddened to learn of the passing of Tom, who dedicated many years of volunteer service to the Greater Baldwinsville Ambulance Corps.

Tom was an exceptional paramedic whose commitment to patient care and our organization left a lasting impact. He also played a key role in designing the IT infrastructure for our current station. While portions have been upgraded over the years, much of his work remains in place today—a lasting testament to his knowledge, dedication, and vision.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Tom's family, friends, and all who had the privilege of serving alongside him.

Today, St. Joseph’s Health held its annual Celebration of Life ceremony honoring EMS providers for their role in out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) saves.
Survival to hospital discharge after OHCA remains less than 10% nationwide — which makes every life saved truly extraordinary.
We are incredibly proud to share that members of the Greater Baldwinsville Ambulance Corps were recognized for their roles in three separate life-saving responses.
Congratulations to:
• George Lockwood
• Anthony Tornabene
• Jillian Golwitzer-Cullen
• Matthew Gifford
• Joe Hart
• Ben Luke
• Todd Kelly
• Brian Lockwood
• Joseph Santoro
Your dedication, teamwork, and commitment to excellence make a difference when seconds matter most. We are proud of each of you and grateful for the service you provide to our community every day. 🚑❤️

❄️🔥 The B'ville Big Chill definitely lived up to its name!

While some of us stood by for public safety, The Greater Baldwinsville Ambulance Corps also had a team out braving the cold—and proving that frostbite is just a state of mind 😅

Despite the freezing temps, the energy was high, the smiles were plenty, and everyone had an awesome time.

Big shoutout to the Greater Baldwinsville Chamber of Commerce and the Baldwinsville Rotary for putting together such a fantastic event. The Village of Baldwinsville knows how to chill in style! 🧊💪
