TMLWP has transitioned to our new payment processing provider, Invoice Cloud!

All Electric customers can now access the payment portal, and the automated phone line to make payments 24/7.
To access both the payment portal and the IVR phone payments, please have your account number and the last name on the account ready.

The payment portal can be accessed at templetonlight.com
*When accessing the portal, please enter your account number exactly as shown on your bill (ex. XX-######), enter the last name ONLY on your account.

Once water bills are processed, they will be shown in the same customer portal.
Water Customers with Accounts Beginning with:
01-08: Bill Date 9/4/26
11-15: Bill Date 9/11/26
