Claymont Elementary School is located in Ballwin, Missouri which in 2012 was recognized as one of the nation's “Ten Best Towns for Families” by Family Circle magazine. Claymont is one of 18 elementary schools in the Parkway School District. It is a school with proud traditions of high academic achievement, high levels of family involvement, and great pride in the overall school community. Children

attend Claymont from kindergarten through fifth grade. Our school feeds into the Parkway West High School system which is consistently recognized as one of the top high schools in the state of Missouri. Approximately 450 students attend Claymont Elementary and each grade level has three or four classrooms. Claymont also has resource services for students with a wide range of special needs. If you are moving to the Claymont area, please call the school office (314-415-6150) to arrange a tour with the principal. If you are ready to register your child, please visit the West Area Registration Office housed at Parkway West High School. The Claymont PTO was so excited to welcome our amazing teachers and staff back to school with a special Welcome Back Luncheon! ❤️

After a well-deserved summer break, we wanted to kick off the new school year by showing our teachers just how much we appreciate everything they do for our students and our school.

As we wrap up another amazing school year, we wanted to take a moment to look back at everything our Claymont PTO helped make possible this year! 💙🤍

From staff lunches, family nights, teacher appreciation, spirit wear, Trunk or Treat, Trivia Night, Fun and Fitness Day, community events, playground popsicles, and so much more — this year was full of opportunities to support our students, staff, and families. None of this happens without the support of our incredible volunteers and community!

We hope everyone has a fun, safe, and relaxing summer! ☀️🍦📚

As we look ahead to next year, we also want to be honest — we cannot continue to offer many of these events and programs without volunteers and leadership support. We currently have PTO openings and need additional helping hands to keep these traditions going for our kids and school community.

Whether you can help occasionally or step into a leadership role, every bit makes a difference. If you’ve ever thought about getting involved, now is the time! 💙
