Unity FFA Takes the Stage at the Wisconsin State Fair! 🎺🎶

What an incredible few days for our Unity FFA Chapter members at the Wisconsin State Fair in West Allis! 🎡🐄🌽

We are incredibly proud of the talents and dedication of our members who were selected to perform as part of the Wisconsin FFA Honors Band & Choir!

Over multiple days at the fair, these students performed for hundreds of fairgoers, sharing their incredible musical talents and representing Unity FFA with pride!

📣 Unity Band Program Needs Instruments!

Our band program is growing, which is an amazing place to be, but we also have students in need of instruments to use. If you or someone you know has an instrument sitting at home, please consider donating it to Unity.

We will gladly accept any instruments, but we are especially in need of:
🎷 Alto Saxophones
🎺 Trumpets

Donations can be dropped off at either the High School or Middle School office.

🏀 Unity Eagles Fall Basketball Clinics

Unity is hosting a full lineup of zero‑cost basketball clinics this fall for PK–8th grade athletes. Students will train with Hardwood Hoops Academy, Ben Carlson, and Unity Alumni College Players, focusing on fundamentals, basketball IQ, and skill development.

1️⃣ Hardwood Hoops Academy
• Oct. 11, Oct. 18 & Oct. 25
• PK–3rd: 5:30–6:30 PM
• 4th–8th: 6:30–7:30 PM

2️⃣ Ben Carlson
• Nov. 1 & Nov. 8
• PK–3rd: 3:00–4:00 PM
• 4th–6th: 4:15–5:15 PM
• 7th–8th: 5:30–6:30 PM

3️⃣ Unity Alumni College Players
• Nov. 15

🌟 Welcome to Unity, Patrick Tepoorten!

Pat joins us after serving 18 years as the Community Relations Coordinator at North Branch Area Public Schools. During his time there, he helped the district pass a $70 million bond, led a full district and Viking emblem rebrand, supported covid navigation, and built and maintained the district’s social media presence.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Pat and his wife of 37 years, LeAnn, have four wonderful children and are proud grandparents to four beautiful grandchildren. They feel especially fortunate to live close to their two amazing granddaughters.

One thing Pat didn’t get to do in his former role was work directly with kids, and he is grateful to be able to do that here at Unity!

🎣🏒🎶 Outside of work, Pat enjoys fishing, playing hockey, golf, music, Big Bad Wolf with his granddaughters, and exploring the majestic Wisconsin outdoors with LeAnn.

Let’s give him a BIG Unity welcome! 👏🏻
