Very pleased to be receiving some picker check jewelry and newspaper articles about that topic into our collection at the Benson-Hammond House.

A lady, formerly from North Linthicum, is visiting from their home on North Carolina and will be meeting at the BHH to share her late mother's items.

We are honored to be the recipient of these family memories.

Very dear friend of the Benson-Hammond House, musician Brian Tenney, has a schedule conflict to play for our annual September event. He has been a major part of the fun at our Members and Friends Appreciation Days since it's inception. He shall be truly missed this year!

But... FEAR NOT!

His good friend Rusty Hinshaw, who was to play aside him, will be providing the much needed entertainment for the day.

Let's all come out and make him feel welcome! Music and Beefalo Bob's catering makes for a wonderfully delightful occasion!!

A huge thank you to special volunteers Jim and Laurie who came over and cleared and cleaned the herb garden at the Benson-Hammond House this morning. Laurie was who had cleaned it up this Spring.

Docent Jan worked in the front garden area while they cleared out back.

Then another big thanks to our lawn crew Chris and Kristin for disposing of all of the trimmings from Jan's efforts while cutting the grounds.

We are looking pretty incredible!
