It is with profound sadness that we share the untimely passing of Joscelynne Pannone. Joscelynne served as a Police Student Marshal with the UMBC Police Department.

Joscelynne served not only our campus community, but also the broader public with distinction and courage. She was a committed member of both the Waldorf Volunteer Fire Department and the Woodlawn Volunteer Fire Department, where she selflessly gave of her time, energy, and heart in service to others.

Joscelynne's radiant smile, infectious positivity, and profound sense of purpose will be deeply missed. Her memory will forever be a part of the fabric of our department and our university community.

Rest in peace, Joscelynne.

It is with heartbreak and sadness that we announce the untimely passing of ACTIVE EMT/FF member/employee Joscelynne Pannone. Joscelynne tragically died from her injuries sustained in an auto accident. Joscelynne was only 21 years old and had so much more greatness ahead of her. She was also a member at Waldorf Volunteer Fire Department. Please keep her family, friends and both fire department agencies in your hearts and prayers. She will truly be missed by many! Funeral arrangements are pending.
