You create spaces where students feel seen, supported, and motivated to grow while leading with intention and excellence each day. This recognition honors the difference you continue to make both inside and beyond the classroom.

Summer may feel like a break. But for us, it's go time.

While students are away, City Teaching Alliance is busy building the educators who will show up ready on day one. Your support makes that possible: covering the training, mentorship, and hands-on preparation that sets our teachers apart.

Every dollar invested now shows up in a classroom this fall. Be part of what happens before the bell rings.

Today, alongside the Center for Black Educator Development, we celebrate under the theme "Black Resistance and Joy: Celebrating Black Educators and Teaching as a Practice of Freedom," and we invite you to honor the Black teachers in your life. Because of a Black teacher, classrooms become spaces where students are seen, challenged, and inspired to step fully into who they are.

Across every region, we’re highlighting educators who lead with grace, show up with intention, and remind us that representation is powerful and necessary. From the way they teach to the way they care, these teachers are shaping futures simply by leading by example.

City Teaching Alliance is proud to honor these educators whose impact lives far beyond the classroom.

Exciting news! City Teaching Alliance is proud to announce a new partnership with Salem City School District - New Jersey. 🎉

We believe that when you invest in educators, you invest in students, and this partnership is a powerful expression of that belief. Together, we are bringing instructional coaching, professional learning, and career-building support directly to Salem educators.

This is the kind of work we are built for, and we are so grateful to be doing it alongside the Salem City School District community. Here's to what we build together!

Before we kick off Teacher Appreciation Week, we have to take a moment to recognize the leaders who make it all possible, our principals.

Today, we celebrate the ones who set the tone, shape the culture, and create school environments where both students and educators can truly thrive.

To the leaders who show up with purpose, lead with heart, and pour into their communities every single day, thank you for all that you do.
