What would it look like if every teacher, in every district, had access to great coaching?

This conversation will get us closer to an answer. Dr. Rahesha S. Amon (CEO, City Teaching Alliance) and Habib Bangura (Managing Director of Program, The Urban Assembly) break down Project CAFE, a partnership using classroom video and data to power objective, non-evaluative coaching at scale.

They'll talk about ethical AI in the classroom, where tech should lead, and where human coaching relationships still have to.

There’s nothing like starting the school year surrounded by community. 💚

Our Philadelphia Regional Convening brought Cohort 2026 fellows together to expand their learning, build community, and get ready for the school year ahead. Fellows had the opportunity to meet their coaches, connect with one another, deepen their understanding of the year ahead, and build the relationships that will support them throughout their journey.

Thank you to our Philadelphia team for creating a space where fellows could learn, connect, and feel prepared to step into the classroom with confidence.
